Flint benefits from jobs boost as a new Screwfix stores opens
Leading trade retailer, Screwfix is set to open a new store in Flint, in Heinzel Court, Aber Park CH6 5EX on Thursday 14th February 2019. The new branch will create 8 new jobs in the area and will help local tradespeople get what they need as quickly as possible to get the job done.
Screwfix’s Flint Store Manager, Jo Puckey, is proud of the contributions the new store has made to employment figures in the region: “We’ve created 8 new jobs and employed people from around the Flint area. Our new team includes people with all different levels of experience, focused on providing superb customer service to meet the needs of our busy trade customers. Throughout the store’s launch celebration period from Thursday 14th February and through the weekend until Sunday 17th February 2019, Screwfix will offer a 10% discount on all product ranges among other store specific special offers.
Jo believes the store’s convenient location, extensive product range and ability to provide a Click & Collect service in as little as one minute from ordering, will be a real bonus to local tradespeople and DIY enthusiasts who need to get back to their jobs.
