Leeds fourth Screwfix store is declared a runaway success
Screwfix is celebrating with its most recent store opening its doors on Roundhay Road, which officially opened on Thursday 22nd February. The store had a successful launch weekend with hundreds of customers eager to get their hands on a bargain.
The Leeds – Sheepscar Screwfix store is part of the company’s growing network of over 550 stores nationwide, meaning 97% of the UK population are within a 30 minute drive of a store. Open seven days a week and from 7am Monday to Friday, the store also provides a convenient, Click & Collect service available at all Screwfix locations. Using this service, customers can order their goods online or over the phone and pick them up from a store in as little as one minute.
Screwfix’s Leeds – Sheepscar Store Manager Paul Olley said: “We chose to open a new store in Leeds because it’s a growing city with a great trade presence. Many of our customers already shopped with us at our Leeds – Holbeck, Leeds – Stourton and Leeds – Seacroft stores and are delighted to see us here, as they no longer have to travel so far.”
