Screwfix celebrates 40th birthday with a £40k giveaway!

Screwfix have given a customer the gift of a lifetime to celebrate the omnichannel retailer’s 40th birthday.

Celebrating being trusted by the trade for 40 years, Screwfix ran a ‘Ruby Ticket’ campaign and gave away over 200 prizes to their customers in a seven-day bonanza.

Customers who shopped in-store during the first week of October were all given scratch cards with their purchases and a customer who picked up a click and collect order from Screwfix’s Amersham store has taken home the life-changing prize of £40k.

The winner said: “I am forever grateful to Screwfix for giving me an opportunity to win a life-changing amount of money. The £40k will go towards a deposit for my first home. Everyone in the Amersham store were all genuinely so excited for me and they shared the happiest day of my life to date! Thank you Screwfix!”
