‘Martin Continued’…The Screwfix Foundation is a fantastic charity that has so far supported over 470 local charities. I am pleased to have raised money for such a worthy cause and helped raise awareness for The Screwfix Foundation”.
The Screwfix Foundation launched in April 2013 and donates much needed funding to help a variety of projects, from repairing and improving community facilities for those in need in the UK, to improving the homes of people living with sickness or disability.
John Mewett, trustee of The Screwfix Foundation said: “The Screwfix Foundation relies on the money raised by fundraising events across the country in and around our Screwfix stores. We’re delighted that colleagues and Yeovil rallied behind the charity by supporting this fantastic activity to help raise money, which we will then donate to our well deserving national and local charity partners.”
