Screwfix receives Performance and Quality accolade at the South West Contact Centre Awards

Screwfix employees have been celebrating recently after scooping up an award in the South West Contact Centre Awards 2015. Screwfix secured finalist positions in eight categories and won the award for Contact Centre Performance and Quality.

The awards, hosted by the South West Contact Centre Forum provide a perfect platform for contact centres across the South West to be recognised for the great work their employees achieve when helping their customers.

First established in 1997, the Screwfix contact centre has grown considerably since then, moving into a purpose-built building where they now receive around 40,000 calls per week, not only taking orders but providing advice and support to Screwfix customers whenever they need it. Screwfix were chosen for the Performance and Quality award because of their consistency in providing the best service possible for their customers. The team showed dedication to learn new skills throughout the process and develop their existing quality framework.
