The Screwfix Foundation thanks customers for being “Incredibly Generous”

National charity, The Screwfix Foundation, has thanked all supporters for their generosity in giving to the recent Screwfix Foundation Christmas raffle.

Over 163,000 tickets were purchased for the annual raffle, which offered a variety of prizes including power tools, tablets and Christmas hampers.

Liz Bell, Trustee of The Screwfix Foundation said: “I am humbled by how incredibly generous the Screwfix customers are. The amount raised from this event alone will go towards helping 40 charity projects in the UK, supporting those who are the most in need with maintenance and repair work. I’d also like to thank the Screwfix staff who went above and beyond informing customers about the raffle and selling tickets.”

Tickets to the raffle were available in all Screwfix stores throughout November and the winners were drawn earlier this month.
